Fresh Ideas

Hey all! I know this totally doesn't count as a post, but I wanted to pop in and say hi! Also, I've been getting a lot of feedback from readers and friends, and I wanted to ask if you guys had anything you really wanted to see on here! Your comments and ideas are so important to me, and I want to hear more! SO let me know what you really want to hear about, and I'll try to make it happen! Leave your comments below!

  1. I think a post on ways to get moving throughout the day would be good. For example, I sit in front of a desk almost all day, but sometimes I take a quick five minute walk around the Macy's next door just to wake myself up and ease my back. I'd love to see something on fitting in exercise throughout the day. I've heard some people keep a pedometer and try to aim for 10,000 steps in a day...What other ways can I make sure I'm moving around enough outside of the gym?

  2. Awesome question, Kate! I sat at a desk myself for work for two years before becoming a trainer, and moving a little during the day was a great release from the stress and the tension being hunched over put on my back. I'll try to get that post up this week since it's something I've been thinking about a lot lately!
